Our Standard UK delivery charge is £2.95. Most orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Larger items or heavier parcels will be sent by one of our designated couriers and will be fully tracked.
Deliveries usually arrive within 2-5 working days. Next day delivery is £9.95 and is guaranteed Monday to Friday by Royal Mail. (Saturday delivery is not guaranteed). Please note the express service is not available for large or heavy items. In the event of us being unable to fulfil an express delivery due to the parcel size or weight you will be notified by email.
Orders placed before 10am (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched next working day. Free standard UK delivery is available on all orders over the value of £40. This option will be available to select at the checkout for UK orders that exceed £40.
Whilst most deliveries do arrive promptly, occasionally delays can occur within the delivery system. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days of receiving your dispatch notification please contact us at email@example.com. In order for us to investigate we will need confirmation of your order number and delivery address. In the event of a missing parcel it is often worth checking first with your neighbours and local sorting office in case the parcel is being held for you.
We offer a no quibble 30 day returns policy. Items must be returned unused, in a resaleable condition with original packaging, labels and tags intact. Goods are returned at your own expense, except in circumstances where the item is defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation. A returns address label is included with your order. Please not this is an unpaid label. For your own protection we recommend that proof of postage is obtained when returning goods.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If goods have arrived damaged or are defective in any way please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with confirmation of your order number and a description of the damage or defect. Please include a photograph of the damage or defect as this can help us resolve the issue more quickly for you. Damaged or faulty goods should not be returned unless requested to do so by ourselves in which case return postage costs will be reimbursed. Return postage costs will not be reimbursed if we have not authorised the return of the faulty item.
